Integrated Thermal Imaging for TVAC Systems
Commercially available infrared cameras cannot operate directly in high-vacuum and extreme-temperature environments without dedicated engineering measures. Deepvac Thermal Vision addresses this limitation through a pressure-tight enclosure with an IR-transparent viewport, enabling continuous, calibrated thermal imaging of test articles inside thermal vacuum chambers.
The system includes an active temperature stabililization circuit that maintains the camera within its specified operating temperature range under all chamber conditions. Deepvac provides complete integration engineering, including enclosure design, thermal management, viewport specification, and mechanical interface design, for both new TVAC installations and retrofit of existing systems.
Pressure-Tight Camera Enclosure
Sealed stainless-steel housing with IR-transparent viewport. Maintains atmospheric pressure around the camera sensor while the chamber operates under high vacuum.
Active Thermal Management
Integrated cooling circuit with optional heating keeps the camera within its specified operating temperature range throughout chamber operation.
Stable Infrared Imaging
Provides reliable and continuous thermal imaging under high-vacuum and extreme external temperature conditions by maintaining a controlled environment around the camera.
New Build & Retrofit Integration
Mechanical and thermal interface engineering for integration into new TVAC installations or retrofit of existing thermal vacuum chambers. Single-source delivery.
